Flywheel Technology Partners LLC ("Flywheel," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through flywheeltechpartners.ai and our related services (the "Services"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
01Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you fill out a form, book a call, contact us, subscribe to updates, or purchase a service, we collect the information you submit. This can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, details about your business, and any messages you send us.
Payment information
When you buy a service, payment is processed by our third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation and limited billing details, but we do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
"Ask AI" inputs
If you use the "Ask AI" feature on our site, we collect the questions and messages you enter so we can generate a response. See AI Features below.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Services, we and our providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the site. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from analytics and advertising providers, and from platforms you use to interact with us, such as our scheduling and CRM tools.
02Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for several purposes:
- Essential: to operate the site, remember your preferences, and keep it secure.
- Analytics: to understand how visitors use the site and improve it. This may include tools such as Google Analytics.
- Advertising and retargeting: to measure and deliver relevant ads, including on platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Platform tools: our site runs on GoHighLevel, which sets cookies that support forms, scheduling, and tracking.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of many advertising cookies through the platforms above or industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info). Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
03How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, and improve the Services;
- respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct calls, and deliver the services you request;
- process payments and manage your account or engagement;
- send transactional messages such as confirmations and appointment reminders, and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of;
- personalize content and measure the performance of our site and advertising;
- protect the security and integrity of the Services and prevent fraud; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
04AI Features
Our site offers an "Ask AI" feature. When you submit a question, your input is sent to a third-party AI provider (currently OpenAI) to generate a response. Please do not enter confidential, sensitive, or personal information you would not want processed by a third party. Your conversation may be stored locally in your browser so the feature works across visits. AI responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and are provided for general information only.
05Email and Text Messages
If you provide your email address or phone number, we may contact you about your inquiry, booking, or engagement, and, if you opt in, send you updates or marketing. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of text messages by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply. Transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations, are not marketing and may continue as needed to provide the Services.
06How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us run the business, such as our CRM and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel), payment processors (such as Stripe), our AI provider (OpenAI), security and infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare), and our hosting, email, analytics, and advertising partners. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flywheel, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- With your direction or consent.
07Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information.
- California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete their personal information, and may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
- Texas and other states. Residents of Texas (under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act) and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising.
- How to exercise your rights. Email us at [email protected] with your request. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. You can also opt out of many advertising cookies using the controls in the Cookies section or a Global Privacy Control signal.
We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
08Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Services, and to meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
09Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
13Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and we may highlight material changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
